DETERMINING YOUR FINGER SIZE
It is best for you to get a finger size from a jeweler. If that is not possible, contact me. For a $10 charge, you can purchase a set of ring sizers from me; the $10 charge will be discounted from the ring purchase. We should discuss the fit of the sizer on you. The wider the ring the tighter the ring will feel.

To create your handcrafted piece, I currently require about four weeks to ship from payment.
If you need your piece sooner, please contact me to see if I can accommodate your request at no extra charge. Some complicated pieces may take longer, please contact me for a time frame.Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with a purchase contact me and I'll work with you to make it right. Custom designs are not refundable.

If a refund is needed, let me know within 48 hours there is a problem. I will process a refund back to your original method of payment within 48 hours

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
